Step 1
Fill in your Email Address, Phone Number, Name and Country of Citizen.
Step 2
Fill in your Address, Date of Birth, and other Personal Information requested. You have the option to entering in your Drivers License number or Passport number.
Step 3
Specify if you are an accredited investor or not. Non-accredited investors are limited to investing the greater of 10% of their annual income or net worth in our offering.
Specify your citizenship, and method of funding. You have the option of ACH (electronic cheque), Credit Card, Wire, or Cryptocurrency.
If you select Wire Transfer, you will be presented with our wire instructions, which will also be emailed to you.
If you select Credit Card, fill in your card details and click “Use this Card” to validate it.
After you decide on a payment method, decide if you want to invest through an IRA and open a new IRA account with New Direction Trust (for US investors only). The majority of investors will select “no” in this case.
Step 4
Scroll through the Share Subscription Agreement, click the two verification buttons and type your name to sign. Click “Make Investment” to complete the application!
Step 5
Congratulations! You’ve completed the application process and should see the following screen.
You will also receive an email confirmation that looks something like the following, depending on your selected funding method.
